In this highly visible role, you'll lead the continuous improvement of policies, processes and governance across the business, helping teams work more effectively while ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
Working closely with stakeholders across Dental, you'll drive the development, implementation and embedding of best-practice ways of working.
You'll also take ownership of our Share Point document management system, ensuring policies and guidance remain accessible, effective and up to date.
- What you'll be doing
- Lead the continuous improvement of policies, processes and governance across Bupa Dental Care.
- Act as the subject matter expert for process design, optimisation and simplification, driving consistency and best practice across the business.
- Facilitate our Policy & Process Forum, ensuring new and updated policies are reviewed, approved and effectively embedded.
- Partner with stakeholders across Dental, Risk, Compliance and Sustainability to develop and implement high-impact policies and processes.
- Drive innovation in how policies and guidance are communicated, improving engagement, accessibility and user experience.
- Own and continuously improve our Share Point document management system, ensuring documentation remains accurate, accessible and up to date.
- Work with business leaders to prioritise improvements that support strategic objectives and deliver the greatest business impact.
