You will work with care teams to tailor plans, manage budgets, and create a vibrant, therapeutic environment that supports wellbeing and social connection.
The role is full-time, permanent, with alternate weekends on the rota; salary £12.75–£13.75 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications.
