The purpose of this job is to seek passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Medical Assessment Centre in Southport. This is a Permanent Part-Time Opportunity.
We're looking for customer-focused doctors with a commitment to creating memorable customer experiences who are keen to move into an assessment-based role with exceptional work/life balance. Our team is welcoming, friendly, supportive, and together we ensure our customers have a truly exceptional experience in our clinics.
You will work alongside Health Assessors and reception staff, and be supported by an experienced Lead Physician to:
- Conduct visa medical assessments in line with established guidelines
- Provide objective assessment outcomes through an online platform
- Provide an exceptional level of people-centred care and ensure our customers have a quality experience in our Bupa clinics.
What you’ll need to make it possible:
- Degree qualified with full General Registration with AHPRA
- At least three years postgraduate experience
- Have a strong customer service focus
- Have experience working with customers from a range of backgrounds
