Bupa Dental Seaford is a brand-new, state-of-the-art practice opening soon, and we’re building our founding team. We’re seeking passionate Receptionists to join us on a full-time and part-time basis. This is more than a job. It’s a chance to make a real impact every day, with ongoing training, support and the opportunity to help shape the culture of a new clinic from the ground up.
The purpose of this job is to provide a high-quality front-office experience within the Dental Practice, overseeing patient appointments, billing, payments, and records, while supporting clinical care delivery, promoting patient education in dental health, and contributing to the smooth and professional operation of the practice.
What you’ll need to make it possible:
- Manage front desk operations, including patient enquiries, appointment scheduling, recalls, and reminder calls.
- Process patient billing, payments, invoicing, and coordinate laboratory bookings as required.
- Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and correspondence in line with practice and regulatory requirements.
- Provide a professional, welcoming environment while adhering to health, safety, information security standards, and Bupa’s values.
