Clinical Coordinator | Bupa Dental Brighton
Employment Type: Part Time
Working Hours: This role is a 9‑day fortnight, working Tuesday to Saturday in Week 1 and Tuesday to Friday in Week 2, with hours from 8:15am to 6:00pm (and Saturdays 8:15am to 4:30pm).

The purpose of the Clinical Coordinator role is to support the Practice Manager by overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations of the practice, using knowledge of exceptional patient care and effective teamwork. Responsibilities include:
- Training Dental Assistants on correct processes for cleaning, sterilisation, chairside assistance and practice protocols.
- Establishing and maintaining effective sterilisation of contaminated instruments and equipment in accordance with practice standards.
What you’ll need to make it possible:
- Ideally 2+ years’ experience working in Australia as a Senior Dental Assistant or Clinical Coordinator.
- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly regarded.
- Motivated self-starter; this is a fast-paced and dynamic role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about customer service and patient care.
- Organised with attention to detail.
- Ability to build rapport with patients in a cheerful, light-hearted manner.
