Bunzl Greenham is seeking a driven and commercially focused Regional Sales Manager to lead and inspire a team of Account Managers across the South East region. This is a pure sales leadership role with a clear focus on regional growth, customer development, and performance excellence. You will be accountable for shaping the regional sales strategy, coaching the team to achieve their goals, and strengthening key customer relationships to drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
- Drive strategic growth across the South East by identifying opportunities and supporting the team in securing new business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring excellent service and commercial value.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and customer trends to inform strategy and actions.
- Deliver regular coaching, field visits, and performance reviews to enhance team capability.
- Work closely with the wider Bunzl Greenham commercial team to ensure alignment with national growth objectives.
- Promote a high-performance, customer-focused culture across the region.
- Demonstrable experience in a senior sales leadership role managing field-based sales teams.
- Proven ability to drive growth, exceed targets, and deliver commercial results.
