We\’re now looking for a Field Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and take charge of developing business across the Midlands.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Field Sales Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your territory—proactively identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. With the support of a National Sales Manager, you\’ll have the autonomy to manage your pipeline while being backed by a collaborative and experienced team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B customers across your region
- Support team members in servicing and growing larger key accounts
- Identify and convert new business opportunities to exceed sales targets
- Monitor performance and provide monthly reports on KPIs and ROI
- Visit clients regularly, issue quotes, and ensure prompt resolution of queries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
What We’re Looking For
- We’re seeking a commercially-minded, results-driven sales professional who thrives in a performance-based environment. You’ll need to be a confident communicator, a natural problem-solver, and someone who’s always one step ahead when it comes to spotting opportunities.
- Proven track record in field sales, preferably in consumables, PPE, or industrial supplies
