Bunzl Retail & Packaging Division is seeking an experienced HR Manager to provide strategic and operational HR support across our Packaging businesses. Working closely with senior leaders, you will deliver a comprehensive generalist HR service, drive employee engagement, support organisational change, and help create a positive, high‑performing culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership teams to deliver HR strategies aligned to business goals.
  • Provide expert HR advice across the employee lifecycle.
  • Manage employee relations matters and support recruitment activities.
  • Drive performance management, talent development, and succession planning.

  • Commercially minded, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
