We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Information Analyst to join our Bunzl Ireland Group team.

As a Business Information Analyst, you’ll transform raw information into clear insights, smarter decisions, and meaningful change. This is a role for someone who enjoys exploring data, communicating stories through numbers, and spotting opportunities where others might see complexity.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate data from multiple sources to build a unified view of performance, supporting faster and more accurate decisions.
- Use analytical techniques — from modelling to machine learning — to reveal insights and drive innovation.
- Build dashboards, reports, and KPIs that help teams move faster and make better decisions.
- Lead the identification and delivery of automation opportunities that reduce manual effort and enhance the quality of business insights.
- Translate complex findings into clear, practical recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Champion data quality and consistency, ensuring our reporting remains reliable and trusted.
- Support senior leadership with impactful insights that help shape commercial and operational strategy.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain and IT teams, becoming a trusted partner across the business.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience turning data into insight through analytics, reporting, or modelling.
- Strong Microsoft capability (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint), with curiosity for emerging tools and AI technologies.
- A natural problem solver with sharp analytical approach with a passion for turning complexity into clarity.
- Confidence communicating complex ideas in clear, engaging ways.
- A proactive attitude and genuine appetite to learn, grow, and explore new possibilities.
- A full Driver’s License is required as the role will involve travel between the various Bunzl sites throughout Ireland.
- Experience with ERP or data warehouse environments.
- Knowledge of supply chain, distribution, or commercial operations.
- Interest in automation, AI, or advanced analytics.
- Understanding of data governance and best practice reporting.
