About the Role
Bunzl Retail & Packaging Division is seeking an experienced HR Manager to provide strategic and operational HR support across our Packaging businesses. Working closely with senior leaders, you will deliver a comprehensive generalist HR service, drive employee engagement, support organisational change, and help create a positive, high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership teams to deliver HR strategies aligned to business goals.
- Provide expert HR advice across the employee lifecycle.
- Manage employee relations matters and support recruitment activities.
- Drive performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
- Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives.
- Analyse HR data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Lead and support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- Proven experience in an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or Senior HR Advisor role.
- Strong employee relations and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting organisational change and business transformation.
- CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified, or equivalent experience.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
