It is a dedicated training pathway designed to fast-track entry-level talent and graduates into a highly successful 360 Recruitment Consultant role. We believe in hiring for attitude and training for skill. From day one, you will receive comprehensive training to master the full recruitment lifecycle, setting the foundation for long-term career growth and leadership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong rapport, assess candidate suitability, and qualify talent with precision and care.
Ideal Candidates:
- Highly driven individuals eager to learn and build a lasting career in recruitment, HR, or business administration.
- Confident and articulate communicators with excellent spoken English.
- Individuals who are available to commence employment immediately.
Compensation:
- A competitive £25,000 base salary.
- Performance bonuses of up to £100 per week, accessible after completing your initial four-week training period.
