What You Will Do:
- Manage the complete recruitment pipeline from initial application through to successful onboarding.
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to prospective candidates daily.
- Build strong rapport, assess candidate suitability, and qualify talent with precision and care.
- Progress top-tier candidates while maintaining a highly professional standard of communication at all times.
