No previous management or business development experience is required — full training is provided.

The Business Development Trainee Opportunity
You’ll begin by gaining hands‑on experience across customer engagement, communication and business development while developing the skills needed to progress within the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Representing established UK brands through professional face‑to‑face customer engagement
- Speaking with customers and understanding their needs
- Presenting products and services clearly and confidently
- Building strong professional relationships
