The Role-
This is a hands on, entry level opportunity for graduates who want to understand how business growth works in practice. You’ll start by developing your skills in sales, customer engagement and brand representation, with structured training and guidance from experienced team members.
As you progress, you’ll have opportunities to develop your capabilities in:
- Sales and communication: Build confidence through direct customer interaction.
- Marketing and business development: Learn how face-to-face campaigns help brands acquire customers.
- Performance and accountability: Take ownership of targets and develop a results driven mindset.
- Leadership and management: Build coaching, teamwork and decision making skills as you gain experience.
Progression is based on performance, development and readiness to take on greater responsibility.
Who we are looking for-

Previous sales experience is helpful but not essential. A degree is welcome, but your attitude and potential matter too.
