Is this you?
You’ll likely thrive here if you have:
- 2+ years of experience in technical support for CDN, edge infrastructure, performance, or related technologies (e.g., WAF, storage, media delivery, or network security services)
- Familiarity with DNS, CDN, SSL/TLS, load balancing, and VOD
- Debugging experience with tools like traceroute, curl, MTR, etc.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and HTTP protocols
- Understanding of security best practices in production environments
- Analytical problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills and ease with working cross-functionally
- A continuous learning mindset and genuine care for customers
Bonus points for: Spanish fluency, startup experience, or previous familiarity with bunny.net products.
