About Bunny.net
Some people accept the internet as it is. We see what it could be. At bunny.net, we don’t wait for change. We make it happen. You won’t find layers of red tape or play-it-safe thinking here. You’ll find people who move quickly, take ownership, and push ideas all the way to the edge. Literally. You’ll build things that solve actual problems, not add to them. We’re not perfect, and we don’t pretend to be. But we’re always improving. We’re looking for people who want to do the same, who take pride in their work, and aren’t afraid to challenge what’s possible. Because everyone deserves a better internet. And we’re here to help it hop faster.
bunny.net’s ecosystem spans developers, businesses, and platforms, and marketing at bunny.net is about connecting those worlds, listening closely, earning trust, and turning signals into real growth. As we expand beyond self-serve into strategic B2B customers and platforms, this role owns how we show up to our ecosystem: platforms, SaaS companies, hosting providers, and large digital businesses and developer platforms that care deeply about performance, protection, and reliability. This is a commercially focused leadership role with high ownership and hands-on execution where it matters. You’ll be responsible for enterprise MQLs, events, sales enablement, enterprise content, and setting direction for our social presence across all channels to stay close to what the industry actually wants, from self-serve developers to business and platform buyers. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Product, and leadership to make sure enterprise marketing doesn’t drift into theory. Everything you do should support real conversations, deals, and long-term trust. If you care about impact over output, pipeline over vanity metrics, and clarity over fluff, you’ll feel at home here.
What will you do?
- Own MQL targets end-to-end, from campaign design to sales acceptance
- Build and run demand programs that generate high-intent leads, not just form fills
- Partner with Sales and RevOps to define, track, and continuously improve MQL → SQL → opportunity conversion
- Run or manage how we show up at developer, platform, and business industry events and webinars
- Oversee bunny.net’s social presence across LinkedIn, X & Bluesky
- Work with cross-functional leaders (Sales, Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Exec team) to:
- Shape narratives worth sharing
- Produce and publish content grounded in real product and customer context
- Create and maintain sales enablement for partners and enterprises
- Write and oversee enterprise-grade content (blogs, landing pages, case studies, partner content) that translates technical value into clear business outcomes
What will you bring?
- 5–8+ years of marketing experience in ideally SaaS or tech, across both B2B and developer-focused audiences
- Proven ownership of pipeline or MQL targets and leading small teams
- Hands-on experience running:
- Demand generation campaigns
- B2B events
- Sales enablement for long sales cycles
What will make us extra happy?
- Experience in infrastructure, SaaS, developer-first, or platform businesses
- Familiarity with both PLG and sales-led motions
- A strong sense for when enterprise messaging is drifting away from product reality
- A bias for clarity, usefulness, and credibility over “marketing theatre”
Where should you be located?
This job is fully remote from Europe (ideally CET or a close time zone) with a flexible schedule, to make collaboration easier. You’re still free to hop around the world and switch up your scenery whenever you want.
What’s in it for you?
- 100% flexible hours - Your work, your rhythm. Whether you thrive at 3 am or on a beach at noon, we’ve got you.
- Remote-first by design - No offices, no commute, just the freedom to work anywhere. Miss the office? We’ll give you a 3-night voucher for visiting our headquarters.
- Performance-based bonuses - Great work pays off, and we reward impact annually.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance - Coverage worldwide.
- Paid time off - Enjoy 25 vacation days, plus an extra loyalty day each year, capped at 5 years (30 days total), on top of your local public holidays.
- Meeting-free Thursdays - We keep Thursdays meeting free internally so you can focus on deep work without interruptions.
- Home office budget - An annual budget of €500 to set up your comfortable office.
- Paid sick leave - Take time off to fully recover without financial worries.
- Parental leave - Paid 16 weeks for birthing parents, 8 weeks for non-birthing parents.
