Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to lead a 20+ strong team in a fast‑paced store environment. You will drive service, safety, and operations across your department and collaborate with Merchandising, Store Leadership and Health & Safety teams to deliver our best experience.
You will train and develop your team, manage rostering and KPI performance, and ensure strong stock accuracy and loss prevention. Weekend work is required along with holiday coverage when needed.
