About the role:As a Retail Supervisor at Bunnings, you will be the go-to and support for the store's senior leadership team. You will keep the energy high and the workflow smooth in your designated department. By leading by example, you will work with your team to ensure every day is a success and operations run like a well-oiled machine. Get ready to lead, inspire, and make a real impact!
This is a full-time role and flexibility to work morning/day/evening shifts weekdays and weekends is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customers.
We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $30.78 per hour for this role.
Merchandising standards to ensure all merchandising meets business requirements.
Our ideal candidate will share a genuine passion for retail and customer service and be complimentary to the store leadership team. You will have previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment, have open communication and a genuine interest in coaching and developing others. This role is a great opportunity for an aspiring retail leader to grow their leadership career in a supportive team environment.
