The role is a 1 year maternity cover, with on the job claims ops training provided and joins a growing highly collaborative team, with genuine opportunity for the role to go permanent. This fast paced, highly collaborative Global Claims Operations role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end processing of reinsurance claims activities across global portfolios (Bermuda, London, NYC and Zurich). The individual will work under guidance, with multiple Global stakeholders, escalating issues appropriately and contributing to consistent, high-quality delivery in a structured, process-driven, extremely positive environment.
Requirements:
- Previous re/insurance operations or claims operations work or internship experience.
- Demonstrated experience working in a structured, process-driven environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic data handling.
- Ability to accurately process and validate information across systems.
- Attention to detail with a focus on data integrity and accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Ability to work under guidance while taking ownership of assigned tasks.
- Demonstrates accountability for delivering accurate and timely outputs.
- Ability to identify issues or inefficiencies in own work.
- Willingness to ask questions, seek feedback, and continuously improve.
