The Portland facility comprises two warehouse sites: one totaling 75,000 square feet in warehouse capacity and an additional state-of-the-art 144,000 square feet facility with a portside presence for discharging and loading vessels using our own stevedoring equipment, including a new 380 metric tonne hybrid crane.

You will maintain product integrity and housekeeping and strictly comply with Safe Systems of Work and site safety routines. This is a versatile role that encompasses both machine operation and manual tasks to complete processes end-to-end.

- Complete shift paperwork and handover logs accurately and on time.
- Deliver safety routines: active participation in VCOM, SLAMs, reporting, and interventions.
- Complete QR pre-use checks; raise defects immediately, isolate unsafe plant, and escalate to supervision/maintenance.

- Good spoken English and interpersonal skills to communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and contractors (safety-critical).
Working Hours: Shifts are 8 hours in length plus an hour of unpaid breaks. Normal working hours will be Monday to Friday, 06:00-20:00. When discharging large vessels, the facility operates 24/7, and you will be required to work on a flexible basis during this time, which will include some weekend and night work. Overtime is rewarded at time and a half for weekend work and double time for night work.
