We take the vibe of European tap rooms and beer halls and apply it to the bustling hustle of Indian streetmarkets and canteens. We’re a growing company that puts its people first, our busy atmosphere and our obsession with food, drink and hospitality makes us a go-to spot for aficionados and first timers alike. We started shaping bhajis in Leeds in 2014 and it snowballed from there. Now we have 4 sites in 3 cities and we take the beer so seriously we even have our own brewery.

Key Responsibilities
- Site and Team Management: Help foster an open environment that supports the teams and welcomes guests like family.
- Opens/Closes: following opening and closing procedures, being stock conscious, and ensuring the restaurant is neat and welcoming to guests.
- Service and hospitality: Deliver a memorable experience to our guests by offering hospitality over service and creating an experience that people will remember.
- Campaign delivery: Support the management team in implementing new initiatives, promotions, and training programs.
