Responsibilities

  • Follow up on leads generated by our marketing team and turn these into sales.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activity.
  • Be a true product expert and field different questions from potential customers on why they would want to sign up to The Bunch.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, handling any pushback and find customers a deal that works for them.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide accurate sales forecasts to the management team.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry developments and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Always provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Contribute to the culture at The Bunch through activities outside your direct work. Attend team building events and suggest new ideas for our team socials.
