We’re hiring someone to take full ownership of the Bunch operation, responsible for how the business runs, performs, and improves day-to-day.

The opportunity:
- The business is partner-led with our primary service provider.
- You will be embedded with them on the ground a few days a week, working closely to drive performance.
- The role is highly people and relationship-driven, with success coming through influence and action.
- You will have real autonomy to run the current business while the leadership team focuses on building the next product.
- You will sit across customer experience, partner delivery, and commercial performance, balancing all three.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning the operation end-to-end across CX, partners, performance, and commercials.
- Working closely with partners and holding them to account on delivery and outcomes.
- Spotting issues early and getting in the room to resolve them quickly.
- Driving improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Managing the balance between customer outcomes, cost, margin, and risk.
- Acting as the person who keeps the business running effectively day-to-day.
