The Bunch of Grapes in Pontypridd is seeking a General Manager to take creative control of an independent gastropub with its own microbrewery and a strong, local community. You will lead a team of around 20, manage bar operations, events, and maintain high standards across members of staff and suppliers.
Reporting directly to the owner, you will have real authority over numbers, staff, and the guest experience, with a focus on independent hospitality and cost control.
