The Bunch of Grapes is an independent gastropub in Pontypridd. We are seeking a General Manager who will have creative control to run the pub with real authority over the team, bar, numbers and events.
You will report directly to the owner, lead a team of around 20 including an Assistant Manager, and balance GP, labour and cost of sales while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a community-focused setting.
