The Bunch has been serving the community since 1851 and I took over the Bunch in 2000 from my father (1986-2000). So there's no area manager, no brand manual and no head office. You'd report directly to me the owner and have real authority over the team, the bar, the numbers and the events.
The Bunch could be a good fit for you if you have;
- Robust GM experience or been the right hand to, a GM in a food-led pub, gastropub or restaurant
- Led a team of 15+
- Understand cask ale
- Are confident with GP, labour and cost of sales
- Prefer the creative element of independent hospitality to corporate.
