Location: East Riding (Market Weighton, Beverley, Driffield, Brough, Pocklington, Walkington)

Shift Patterns

  • Day shifts standard daytime hours
  • Night shifts overnight support
  • Sleep-ins stay on-site overnight with support available if needed
  • Waking nights actively providing support through the night
  • Every other weekend

What you’ll be doing

Our goal is simple: help people with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs live their best lives. Every day is different, but your role could include:

  • Supporting personal care and physical needs
  • Helping with life skills like shopping, money management, and household tasks
  • Encouraging socialising, hobbies, and attending community activities
  • Delivering personalised support plans that make a real difference
