Role

At the core of our mission is enhancing the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs, driven by collaboration, compassion, and understanding. No two days are the same in this role; you may have to juggle round appointments, but that is the challenge and what makes the role interesting.

You will support with:

  • Socialising and attending community activities, promoting hobbies & interests.
  • Providing physical support, including helping with household tasks and personal care.
  • Supporting life skills such as shopping and money management.
  • Delivering individual support plans.

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence – essential.
  • Sleep‑ins are a requirement of the role.
  • Criminal record checks, DBS and referencing must be completed prior to start date.
  • Willingness to work unsupervised with adults and children, in line with Safeguarding and Vulnerable Groups Act 2006.

Training and No experience needed

We provide FULL training and will give you the skills you will need to become an excellent Support Worker. Things we can’t teach are values such as kindness, compassion, empathy, and a desire to make a difference, so it’s important that you already have these.
