Enabling Extraordinary Lives in Yorkshire. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Support Worker in our friendly, motivated team in Selby. Our Support Workers are enthusiastic about providing a high-quality and bespoke service to each of the individuals we support. To succeed in this position, you will need great communication and interpersonal skills so that you can form solid relationships and effectively handover information to your colleagues. Our main priority for the role is to find people with the right values, behaviours and attitudes that match our own. You don't need to have previous experience in this field; we are happy to work with you to help you become an excellent Support Worker. Above all we want someone who shares our values, which include:

Responsibilities: The duties are varied, and no two days are the same. We are all individuals at the end of the day and deserve to be treated as such. As a general guide some duties include:
- assisting with personal care and meal preparation
- light household tasks
- helping individuals take part in a wide range of activities that support health and wellbeing, such as gardening, shopping, watching footie, bingo, attending musicals, and similar activities
Qualifications and requirements: No prior experience in this field is required; appropriate training will be provided. Great communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work with and support individuals to achieve their goals.
