We are launching a brand-new supported living and complex care service in Scunthorpe and are looking for passionate Support Workers to join us from the very beginning.
About The Role
You will provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and complex physical or health conditions across supported living and complex care settings.
Shift Patterns
- Day shifts
- Night shifts
- Sleep-in shifts
- Waking night shifts
- Every other weekend working
Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the service.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality support across supported living and complex care
- Assisting with personal care, daily living tasks, and health needs
- Promoting independence, choice, and dignity
- Supporting individuals to access the community and achieve personal goals
- Following care plans, risk assessments, and clinical guidance
