Our Head Office is in Sheffield City Centre, with offices also based in London and Turkey. We\’ve also expanded further, bringing retailers in Ireland, Germany, Spain, and the Netherlands on board, with the vision of being the leading automotive payment and insights platform.

A bit about the role…

We\’re on the lookout for a dynamic and passionate CRM Manager to join Bumper in a full-time hybrid role, based out of our Sheffield or London (Hammersmith) office at least three days a week.

In this role, you’ll take the lead on developing and executing CRM strategies that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and retention. You’ll own the end-to-end planning and delivery of CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to continuously refine our approach and uncover new opportunities for growth.

Reporting directly to our Chief Growth Officer, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across Bumper, from Marketing and Product to Customer Experience, to ensure our CRM efforts are aligned, effective, and impactful.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Drive customer engagement and increase retention rates.
  • Create campaigns for B2B users to engage and educate them on our payment products, whilst improving B2B activation rates.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the business to optimise retention flows
  • Create, manage, and optimise marketing campaigns.
  • Create and maintain HTML templates for email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of CRM campaigns, providing actionable insights.
  • Analyse CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Implement and manage user segmentation strategies to deliver personalised experiences.

Our ideal candidate has…

  • At least 3 years of experience as a CRM Manager
  • CRM software experience, including using data to drive great customer outcomes
  • Previous use of major CRM tools, such as Braze, Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Silverpop & Mailchimp
  • Understands data and previous experience inwritingSQL
  • Experience in creating and maintaining HTML templates
  • Understands the complete user lifecycle including other marketing channels and products
