We work with over 5,000 automotive retailers, helping drivers to pay for motoring costs, accessories, and other services through a variety of different payment options. A Bit About The Role… As our new Business Development Consultant, you’ll play a key role in driving growth through customer acquisition and nurturing existing relationships. You’ll be expanding our portfolio of automotive retailers, leveraging our strong relationships with OEMs and prestigious dealerships across the UK.
Reporting directly to the Business Development Team Lead, this role will be remote, with an average of 2 days per week out and about visiting sites.
Day To Day Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining relationships with our existing automotive customers.
- Identifying and acquiring new customers, boosting Bumper advocacy and referrals
- Conducting account reviews to drive engagement and performance
- Delivering on-site training and support to ensure successful onboarding
- Communicating Bumper’s value proposition clearly and effectively
- Generating leads and supporting account activation
- Drive sales of BumperPro, our newest SaaS product offering, by identifying opportunities, pitching its advanced insights and performance-enhancing features.
- Educate retailers on how BumperPro can elevate customer experience and dealership profitability
- Collaborate with existing dealerships to embed BumperPro into their operations and maximise its impact
