  • Assist the Regional Sales Director in identifying the Jobbers who will play a role of consolidator and are willing to grow their business by means of acquisition;
  • Sign new members or opening new point of sales will always be a top priority and the responsibility of this role;
  • Creates and build customer relationships while focusing on strategic areas for profitable product line growth;
  • Increases loyalty by actively listening and probing to build a clear, accurate and complete picture of what customers require to improve product mix, competitiveness and profitability;
  • Will grow National Accounts business by exploring opportunities and finding solutions for each account;
  • Facilitate business development between national accounts and membership by the implementation and promotion of national or regional account programs in their territory
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure support of all products, communication and sales efforts are maintained to the standards of the agreements;
  • Defines profitability objectives by determining customers’ needs, potential volumes, trends using in-house data reports;
  • Gathers relevant market information including pricing insights and changeover opportunities;
  • Updates territory pipeline (CRM) weekly to plan, schedule and report on day-to-day activities with customers and leads;
  • Initiates and maintains open communication channels with fellow sales team members, vendors, as well as marketing and product head office teammates;
  • Works directly with USI distribution centers for product returns;
  • Provides feedback to the corporate level regarding program improvements;
  • Plans and coordinates various presentations.
  • Expertise & Essential Skills
  • Minimum 5 years experience in aftermarket automotive sales, product offerings, business development, account management or automotive repairs;
  • University degree or College diploma in Commerce, marketing, automotive program or the equivalent;
  • Ability to communicate and work well with all levels within an organization;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, and Power Point along with an aptitude for technology;
  • Strong team player;
  • Exceptional customer relationship management skills including strong written and verbal communication in complex selling scenarios with a desire to find solutions that meet the customer’s needs;
  • Capacity to work under pressure and respond to customer requirements;
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%);
