Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent and reliable cleaner that can go to residential and commercial properties and perform the cleaning needs of the client. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service. This role is essential in ensuring that spaces are welcoming and well-presented for clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in houses such as cleaning bathrooms, hoovering, mopping, dusting, etc
- Clean windows, walls, and surfaces to ensure a tidy appearance.
- Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately while adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Replenish household essentials in there appropriate places
- Clean bedding and return to its location (For commercial jobs)
- Provide excellent customer service by responding courteously to requests or concerns from clients
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability in customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all individuals encountered.
- Previous cleaning experience is not required but preferred
- Training will be provided to ensure employees are proficient in their roles and to assess everyone\’s ability before beginning working for us
- Driving skills are advantageous for roles requiring travel between locations or transport of cleaning equipment.
