You will work closely with teachers and other education professionals to provide pupils with the support they need both academically and socially.,
- Supporting pupils in the classroom and during learning activities
- Providing one-to-one and small-group support where required
- Helping pupils to engage with their learning and develop confidence
- Supporting pupils with additional learning needs, including SEN
- Assisting teachers with classroom activities and preparation
- Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging good social skills
- Supporting pupils during break and lunchtime when required
- Helping to create a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment
- Building positive relationships with pupils, teachers and other staff
- Following individual support plans and school policies
