We’re looking for a passionate conservationist with proven experience in habitat delivery and stakeholder engagement. You’ll be a Welsh speaker, and confident at communicating key messages to a wide range of audiences.

As Senior Project Officer, your primary role will be to work with sites across the project area to design and implement habitat creation for bumblebees. You will support and co-ordinate volunteers, provide training, carry out survey and monitoring activities, and maintain positive relationships with landowners, partner organisations and local communities.

‘Cynefin i Wenyn’ is made possible with The National Lottery Heritage Fund. Thanks to National Lottery players, we will be able to protect threatened bumblebee species in Carmarthenshire, by creating and enhancing their habitats, and by empowering people to actively participate in conservation efforts.
