Overview

In this FP&A Manager role, you will support corporate and strategic finance workflows, focusing on internal reporting and forecast management. You’ll help produce monthly financial packs, quarterly board presentations, and support annual budget cycles while maintaining forecasting systems. You will lead end-to-end analyses of KPIs, financials, FX, and headcount, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive accurate, automated insights that shape Bumble’s plans. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, hybrid setup with exposure to key systems and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support monthly reporting and data flow across NetSuite, Pigment, Workday, and other tools
  • Prepare and maintain the Monthly KPI model and group month-end figures for board packs
  • Support Headcount and Staff Cost forecasting with data from Workday and variance analysis
  • Perform month-end P&L and balance sheet reconciliations across FP&A suite
  • Contribute to Annual Budget and Quarterly Reforecast cycles, consolidations, and stakeholder inputs
  • Build and maintain standardized FP&A models and datasets (cost centers, transaction reports)
  • Lead end-to-end discrete analyses and connect insights to business decisions
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase accuracy, automation, and standardization
  • Act as Super-User for Pigment, supporting maintenance, data loading, and configuration
  • Develop expertise in Workday, NetSuite, Pigment, and Looker
  • Respond to ad hoc P&L, balance sheet, and KPI queries from across the business

Key requirements

  • 3+ years of FP&A or related finance experience
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly reviews
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with large datasets
  • Strong presentation skills for senior management
  • Ability to communicate with Finance and non-Finance colleagues
  • Experience with Pigment, Workday, NetSuite, and Looker preferred
  • Self-starter who thrives in a high-paced environment
