  • Strategically partner with Marketing leadership to shape growth and investment strategies that support Bumble’s long-term direction, role‑modelling

  • Lead Marketing planning rhythms (annual plan, forecasts, and ad hoc deep‑dives), bringing thought leadership that connects strategy to spend, KPIs, and outcomes.
  • Build and evolve ROI and investment models for Marketing (e. g., CAC/LTV, payback, funnel and cohort dynamics) to guide prioritisation and resource allocation.
  • Provide clear visibility of performance across Marketing and the wider business, translating complex data into decision‑ready insights that drive accountability against financial targets and operational KPIs.
  • Own variance analysis versus plan, identify the “why” behind performance, and influence actions that maximise business outcomes — seeing work through from insight to impact with

About you
