At Bumble, we are building the Love Company — creating technology that helps people form healthy, equitable relationships and meaningful connections across dating, friendship, and beyond. Advertising plays a growing role in how we sustainably power that mission, and our Advertising Partnerships team sits at the heart of this work within Growth and Tech.

As an Advertising Partnerships Manager, you will help reimagine how brands show up inside Bumble's ecosystem across Europe. As our first EU‐based seller, you will shape our regional advertising presence from the ground up — combining commercial ambition with thoughtful execution that respects our members and our values. This role champions our Bumble values of Courage and Excellence by building high‐impact partnerships, influencing our ad product evolution, and turning insight into scalable growth.

You will operate as a senior individual contributor: owning revenue, deepening relationships, and embedding smart, responsible use of AI to elevate how we sell, execute, and learn.

What You Will Do
  • Drive advertising revenue across Bumble's portfolio by identifying, pitching, and closing strategic partnerships with brands and agencies across the European market, taking full ownership from first conversation to signed deal.
  • Build and grow long‐term partner relationships, delivering campaigns that balance commercial impact with a respectful, member‐first advertising experience that reflects our value of Respect.
  • Manage a healthy mix of inbound demand and proactive outbound prospecting, using data, AI‐powered research tools, and market insight to prioritise opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline.
  • Lead end‐to‐end campaign execution in close partnership with Ad Operations, coordinating creative assets, timelines, setup, optimisation, and reporting to deliver high‐performing outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted problem‐solver for partners, resolving operational or delivery issues quickly and calmly to protect revenue, strengthen trust and ensure consistent campaign quality.
  • Gather and synthesise marketplace feedback, translating advertiser and agency insights into clear recommendations that inform go‐to‐market plans and influence the advertising product roadmap.
  • Contribute to global advertising initiatives by supporting new ad formats, test‐and‐learn opportunities, and monetisation strategies across regions.
  • Collaborate cross‐functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Comms, Legal, and Finance, working with ownership and an agile mindset to move ideas from insight to impact.
About You
  • You bring advanced experience selling digital advertising solutions and are recognised as a trusted partner by brands, agencies, and internal stakeholders alike.
  • Typically requires 5+ years of experience, though we welcome candidates with alternative backgrounds that demonstrate equivalent skills.
  • You have a strong understanding of the European advertising ecosystem, including brand and agency dynamics, mobile app advertising, and both direct‐sold and emerging ad solutions.
  • You are confident owning complex deal cycles — from RFP response and proposal development through to negotiation, execution, and post‐campaign analysis.
  • You apply AI thoughtfully in your work, using tools to enhance prospecting, proposal development, pipeline insights while staying curious about new capabilities.
  • You communicate with clarity and influence, tailoring narratives and presentations for senior client stakeholders and internal leaders with equal confidence.
  • You collaborate with purpose across global teams, take ownership of outcomes, and adapt plans as conditions evolve — demonstrating excellence through follow‐through.
  • You are motivated by Bumble's mission and role‐model our values through inclusive behaviour, sound judgment, and a commitment to building advertising that adds value for people, not just platforms.
