Summary

We are seeking a talented Cook to join our team at Bumble Beez. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing nutritious meals that cater to the dietary needs of children, ensuring their health and well-being while fostering a positive mealtime experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook healthy meals in accordance with dietary guidelines for children.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and hygienic manner following food safety regulations.
• Plan menus that are nutritious and appealing to young children.
• Collaborate with nursery staff to accommodate any specific dietary requirements or allergies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area at all times.
• Monitor food inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cook or in a similar culinary role, preferably in a childcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to prepare meals that are both nutritious and appealing to children.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
