About the Role
We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across the licensed trade and on-trade sector.
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-focused sales professional with strong FMCG, drinks, retail, or hospitality experience to drive growth, build strategic customer relationships, and maximise sales performance within a highly competitive market.
The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding market presence, developing profitable customer partnerships, and delivering sustainable revenue growth through a consultative and commercially focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and win new business opportunities within the on-trade and licensed trade sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
- Negotiate commercial agreements to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Manage and optimise sales opportunities through effective CRM usage and pipeline management.
- Deliver regional sales, revenue and margin targets.
- Identify market trends, customer opportunities and competitor activity to support business growth.
