Night Porter

We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused Night Porter to join the team at Robinsons.
This is an important role within the business, helping create a safe, welcoming and smooth experience for guests throughout the night.
About the role
As Night Porter, you’ll be responsible for supporting guests during overnight hours while helping maintain the safety and security of the hotel.
From handling guest requests and carrying out security checks to preparing breakfast areas and completing cleaning tasks, no two shifts are the same.
This role suits someone who is organised, calm under pressure and confident working independently during quieter overnight periods.
What we’re looking for
- Previous reception or night work experience, ideally within a guest room environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A welcoming and professional approach with guests.
• Ability to stay calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organisation and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
