Enhancing the customer centric mentality, the Internal Sales Representative will support activities related to direct customer sales support and service. In addition to the face-to-face element of the role, you will also be interacting with the internal and external sales team to resolve relevant queries. Bullivants are leaders in lifting, rigging and safety related products with a national presence providing a customer first approach into the Mining and industrial market sectors. Product sales and ongoing service and support is a key part of our market offer. At the Newcastle branch, you’ll be joining a high performing, engaged team who celebrated their win as Branch of the Year! We are looking for the next great addition to nurture ongoing success! This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and will be based onsite at Bullivants Newcastle.
Some of the tasks:
- Support with client sales and showroom retail activities
- Resolve customer queries either face-to-face or via phone and email
- Support with ordering to ensure delivery timelines are adhered to including any overdue deliveries
- Interact with relevant internal departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Undertake ad-hoc sales duties as requested
Some of the skills:
- Experience in the lifting, rigging and safety industry highly regarded
- Previous experience in a customer service role in Mining or industrial sales environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- A curious mindset and a willingness to learn
- Proactive nature with a focus on problem solving to achieve an outcome
