Full Time Reception staff .
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the successful candidate will ensure the front desk operates in an organized manner, pro-actively anticipate guest needs and deal with all guest enquiries in a pleasant and efficient manner.
Essential Criteria
- One years’ experience working in a similar reception position.
- An understanding of the importance of quality guest service
- Excellent Communication skills with an excellent command of the English language
- Excellent Presentation and Interpersonal skills
- Effective Organisational Skills
- A good working knowledge of Front Office Systems and good IT skills
Desirable Criteria
- One Years’ experience in a hotel reception
