Bullitt – Door Supervisor

We aim to make sure all our guests have a great time and we firmly believe it’s our people who make that happen. Our door supervisors pride themselves on being professional and charismatic and bring a positive energy that creates a fun environment.

We are recruiting for a part time Door Supervisor

  • 2 shifts a week between Thursday – Saturday
  • Finishing time at 1.30am

The role will involve:

  • Overseeing customers entering and leaving the premises
  • Adhering to the door policy of Bullitt
  • Welcoming customers into the premises in friendly manner, with a strong customer focus
  • Ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our customers
  • Observing situations to prevent them from escalating
  • Prevent glassware and bottles being removed from the premises at all times
  • Dealing with any challenging situations in a professional and discreet manner
  • Being an ambassador for the Company.
  • Being well presented and groomed.

Essential Criteria:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a Door Supervisor capacity in a similar busy city centre bar or hotel
  • Must possess a valid SIA Door Supervisor License or Close Protection certification, along with First Aid training.

Desirable Criteria:

  • 3 years’ experience in a door supervisor position

The rate of pay for this position is £16 per hour.

The successful candidate must include details of all modules completed during SIA training in their application.
