We are now seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to join our team at Bullitt Hotel. This is a tremendous opportunity for a committed Senior Chef de Partie looking for their next career move alongside an experienced Head Chef with a passion for training. Our award‑winning restaurant, Taylor & Clay, boasts an open kitchen built around our incredible Asador wood‑fired grill – while our rooftop restaurant, Tetto, sports a bespoke robata grill. Either way you’ll be cooking the best local meat, seafood, and vegetables to deliver some of the finest food in the city.
The successful individual will have drive and determination to succeed in their career along with a commitment to the continued success of our food offering. The role will involve using high quality ingredients in a new, creative style.
Rate of pay: from £28,000 dependent upon experience
Essential Criteria
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a busy, modern kitchen

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- The ability to adapt to changing menus & specifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of HACCP, food safety practices and regulations
