We are currently looking for a Sales & Events Administrator to join our team at Bullitt hotel. At Bullitt we shoot from the hip, we do things differently and your personality really matters! In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our hotel’s sales and events activity, managing enquiries, coordinating bookings, and supporting the Sales & Events Manager to make sure every guest experience is seamless.
From initial enquiries to confirmed bookings, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact for clients, managing requests, proposals, and admin to keep everything running smoothly. This isn’t your typical hotel role. We’re fiercely independent, creative, and community-focused, and we want someone who thrives in a fast-paced, varied environment. You’ll need to keep things organised, keep on top of all the admin, and bring your energy and enthusiasm to everything you do.

What you’ll do...
- Supporting the sales & events manager, you’ll be the go-to person for all things admin, reporting, and general organisation.
- Be the friendly first point of contact for all corporate bedroom and event enquiries, responding quickly, friendly, and full of solutions.
- Answer emails, calls, and online requests like a pro, sending out slick & detailed proposals and quotes.
- Support the corporate sales process by tracking enquiries, tentative bookings, confirmed business and revenue.
- Follow up on leads, prospects, and loose ends to make sure no opportunity slips away.
- Sell our spaces and packages, tracking all sales and revenue activity.
- Work closely with hotel teams across departments to share information clearly and ahead of time.
- Know our hotel inside out and upsell where you can.
- Keep learning, keep growing - training and personal development are part of the deal.
