Part Time Reception Staff
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the successful candidate will ensure the front desk operates in an organized manner, proactively anticipate guest needs and deal with all guest enquiries in a pleasant and efficient manner. Essential Criteria- One year's experience working in a similar reception position.
- An understanding of the importance of quality guest service.
- Excellent communication skills with an excellent command of the English language.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Effective organisational skills.
- A good working knowledge of front office systems and good IT skills.
- One year's experience in a hotel reception.
- Fortnightly pay.
- Flexible working with a mix of early and late shifts.
