SAP FI/CO Functional Consultant – ECC Production Support & Assessment
Support SAP ECC Finance operations through hands‑on production support while conducting an onsite assessment to identify root causes of manual work, rework, and throughput constraints. Produce findings‑based recommendations aligned to SAP standard best practices and contribute to a plan of action.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide SAP ECC Finance production support (FI with CO capability as applicable):
- issue triage, investigation, root cause analysis, resolution coordination
- Partner with business users and super users to understand day‑to‑day execution challenges.
- Identify drivers of manual processing and rework (workarounds, spreadsheet dependencies, approval delays).
- Review reporting and interface‑related complexity impacting Finance operations.
- Participate in Epsilon findings review and use insights to focus assessment priorities.
- Document findings clearly and contribute to Phase 1 deliverables (report‑out + plan of action).
Required Skills
- 7+ years SAP ECC FI experience (CO capability preferred)
- Strong experience in production support / stabilization / continuous improvement
- Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
- Able to work onsite and drive outcomes with minimal oversight
Nice to Have
- Experience with ticket trend analysis and customization‑driven issue identification
