As Director, AI Enablement you will bridge our technical capabilities and business value, managing the delivery of AI strategy across Bullish and CoinDesk. You will empower teams to adopt tools, patterns, and workflows that accelerate impact.
What You’ll Do
- Drive AI Strategy: Partner with the CTO and Engineering Leadership to define and execute an AI roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead Cross-Functional Delivery: Manage the execution of core initiatives and internal enablement.
- Bridge the Gap: Serve as the primary connector between engineering, product, and strategic partners to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Operationalize Innovation: Establish governance, metrics, and best practices to scale AI adoption enterprise-wide.
- Measure Impact: Define KPIs and provide data-driven reporting to executive leadership on progress and ROI.
- Empower the Organization: Evangelize AI tools and guide teams on leveraging AI to automate workflows and unlock new capabilities.
- Navigate the AI Landscape: Research and evaluate AI tools and platforms for business applicability.
What You’ll Bring
- 8-12+ years of experience delivering technology programs and managing full project lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of the modern AI landscape, including LLMs and generative AI tools.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and navigate a fast-paced environment.
- Track record of delivering high-impact cross-functional programs on time.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to define success metrics and evaluate tools.
- Excellent communication skills, translating complex technical concepts into clear business strategies.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or digital asset sectors.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms such as Gemini Enterprise or n8n.
